Same Day Sydney Metro Shipping
All customers within metro Sydney are eligible for our same day delivery service. Place your order before 2pm to receive it on the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends will be delivered on the next business day. Same day shipping is available at a flat fee of $25. Please note that this service is only applicable for orders over $399.
Domestic Shipping
We offer complimentary express shipping for all Australian orders over $550AUD. Orders below this threshold will incur a shipping fee of $10AUD. All domestic orders are dispatched within 48 hours via Australia Post Express, with an average delivery time of 1-3 business days.
International Shipping

United States of America: Enjoy complimentary express shipping for orders over $850USD. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of $40AUD will apply.

Europe: We offer complimentary express shipping for orders over €700. Orders below this threshold will be charged $40AUD.

Rest of World: Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
All international orders are dispatched within 48 hours via DHL Express, with an average delivery time of 5-7 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
International orders are shipped via DHL Express and are Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning there are no additional charges upon arrival in your country.
Please be aware that orders above $1000 AUD shipped to the United States may require formal customs clearance. DHL may contact you for your federal Tax ID or social security number (SSN) to clear your order through customs.
Please note that our warehouse is closed during public holiday periods, and orders will not be shipped out on these dates.
Refused Delivery
If an order is refused at delivery, the receiver will be responsible for original shipping charges, any import fees incurred, and the cost of returning the parcel to us. These costs will be deducted from the refund upon receipt at our warehouse.
Returns
Please note that all sale purchases are final and not eligible for a refund. We do not accept returns on any sale items unless they are deemed faulty.
Cancellations
Label Oath reserves the right to cancel orders within 48 hours of placement. Refunds will be processed, and the total amount will be credited to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
