RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns

Please note that all sale purchases are final and cannot be returned. For full-priced merchandise purchased from Label Oath, you have up to 7 days from the receipt of your order to initiate a return. To ensure a successful return process, please adhere to the following conditions:

  • The return must be handed to our affiliated courier service within 7 business days of receiving your order.
  • Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Items that have been worn, damaged, altered, or washed will not be accepted.
  • Garments returned with makeup marks will not be accepted for exchange or return, as all returned items must be in a resaleable state.

Australian return shipments are complimentary. For international returns, a handling and service fee of $55 AUD will be charged, except for New Zealand, where the fee is $30 AUD. Please note that shipments returned with paperwork not provided by Label Oath may incur further duties and taxes, which will be deducted from your refund or credit.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges on full-priced merchandise within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to stock availability. If the desired item is unavailable, you may opt to return the item for a refund or store credit note. Exchanges are shipped to you free of charge once we have received and approved your return.

You can authorize an instant exchange via our return portal to ensure prompt dispatch within 24 hours from Monday to Friday. Please note that an instant exchange will place a temporary hold on your credit card until we receive your unwanted items.

Refunds

Refunds typically take 5 business days to process from the receipt of items at Label Oath to the credit appearing in your bank account, which may extend to 7 days during peak times. Refunds are issued for full-priced merchandise only. We do not accept returns on sale items.

We do not refund duties and taxes paid in the event of a return. International customers can contact their local customs office for tax refund inquiries.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty garment, please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. Please contact our Customer Care team at info@labeloath.com to report the issue, and we will work with you to resolve it promptly.

Swimwear

Swimwear must be tried on wearing undergarments, and the protective hygiene sticker must remain intact. Returns will not be accepted if the hygiene sticker has been removed or altered.
